Lawo Launches Online Academy for mc2 Console Trainings
Lawo, German manufacturer of pioneering audio, video and control solutions, supplements its Lawo Academy training programs with a new online product training opportunity. The new Lawo Online Academy provides in its first course a free mc² Audio Console Tutorial.
“In this video-based tutorial, new users can learn how to operate a Lawo mc²56 console. And as the workflows of all Lawo mc² consoles are very similar, this course will also help operators to work with any mc²36, mc²66 or mc²96 console”, says Christian Struck, Senior Product Manager Audio Production at Lawo.
The course is structured into six chapters, the complete course takes about 3-4 hours. Participants can interrupt their lessons at any time and continue at a later stage. To enhance the learning experience, every chapter is followed by a short test. At the end of the mc² Audio Console Tutorial, participants can pass an exam and get a certificate.

NASHVILLE MUSIC REPORT – JEREMY PARSONS IS NOT A COWBOY Beginnings… If you saw a picture of Jeremy Parsons 6 years ago, you would not think it was the same person . He used to be clean-shaven, and wouldn’t play a show without a cowboy hat or his custom-made  Manuel suit. His first release, titled “Doggondest Feeling” was a traditional country piece of work, endorsed by  Little Jimmy Dickens . He spent the next couple years traveling the United States and Europe with Jett Williams , the infamous daughter of   Hank Williams Sr . CHECK OUT BANNERS – “SOMEONE TO YOU” (SINGLE) Banners –  Someone to you (single) Over the last year, in my role as a writer for Back Stage Indie Report, nobody has caught my attention the way Banners has, his voice, his music stylings his lyrics make him in my opinion a total package. This latest single does not disappoint. Hard driving beats and a great tempo matched with a voice that grabs you the moment you hear it, this is a great song.  According to his Wikipedia page Michael Joseph Nelson, known under the stage name Banners (styled as BANNΞRS), is an English musician from Liverpool. He released his debut EP Banners in January 2016 through Island Records, following three singles released in 2015: “Ghosts”, “Shine a Light” and “Start a Riot”.
