Fall in Nashville If you’ve never spent the fall in Nashville, you may not be familiar with the absolute madness that is Americana Music Festival and Conference. For 5 days the city is going to host over 230 live performances at 40 different venues. The trouble with having that many shows in under a week is that you have to skip some. I’m excited to see household names like the Lumineers, and up and coming stars like Amanda Shires and The Drive By Truckers.  There’s a handy tool in the iPhone app store called “AmericanaFest” that can help you schedule what shows you want to see on what day. I won’t like that I’ve been sort of overwhelmed trying to fit everything I want to see in.
